This package includes in person prenatal and postpartum appointments. Prenatal appointments include getting to know each other and going over birth preferences. I will also provide birth education and comfort measures. General prenatal and postpartum nutrition support. Breastfeeding counseling support, support includes but not limited to

• 3-4 Prenatal visits (depending on need)

• Unlimited phone and text support

• On call labor support

• Immediate postpartum support (1-3 hours after birth)

• 2 postpartum visits 1-2 hours long within 2 weeks after birth

Rate 30/hour

The following weeks after your babies birth can be the most wonderful, emotional and toughest times you will experience. It can be even tougher without enough support. I can provide you the support you need during this time. If its time to take a nap, shower, or you need someone to talk to I can be there for you. This package includes a total of 16 hours of time and can be used over the course of 2 weeks (minimum 4 hours per visit). This is package is for daytime hours. Nighttime support can be provided at additional cost. Support includes but not limited to:

• Running errands (grocery store, doctors appointments, etc)

• Household chores

• Cooking

• Help with other children

• Lactation support

• Any other support the family needs

Nighttime Postpartum Support 35/hour

Postpartum Nighttime Support. Needing some extra support at night? Minimum shift is 8 hours. Price is 30 an hour for newborns up to 12 weeks. Price drops to 25 an hour for babies after 12 weeks.  Support includes but not limited to:

• Nighttime feedings

• Diaper Changes

• Staying up with baby so you can sleep

• Any other support family needs
